That we love Brisbane pop-punk rockers The Grates is no secret, and their new album Secret Rituals has been doing serious rounds on our stereo since it’s release in June. Now Patience and John have made the extremely well educated decision to enlist the remix skills of Whyte Fang, a Sydney music prodigy who you’ll soon be hearing a lot more of. Her take on the track sends it through an amazing icy electro tunnel reminiscent of the best of Swedish indie-electro like The Knife. Extra points for the pan flutes at the end. Killer stuff.
